Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:
    • The orders have already been communicated to the sellers/merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process.
    • The product is out for delivery.
  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Note: Molecule Lab does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
However, a refund or replacement may be issued if you can establish that the quality of the delivered product is not good.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our customer service team.
  • The request will be entertained after verification by the seller/merchant listed on the Platform.
  • This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the product.

Product Not as Expected

  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, please bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • Our customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Claims

  • For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Processing

  • In case of any refunds approved by Molecule Lab, refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
